摘要
用拜耳法处理来自不同地区和国家的富铁型三水铝土矿试样,溶出温度为143℃和245℃,采用XRD、DTA-TG、IR方法,表征了富铁铝土矿的溶出特征,研究了铁矿物中Fe原子被Al原子取代后生成的铝赤铁矿、铝针铁矿的工艺性能。结果表明,含铁矿物不仅在溶出时性能不同,而且对赤泥浆液的沉降性能有重大影响。
Iron-rich hydrargillite's samples from deferent countries are treated by Bayer process at 143℃ and 245℃. Samples are characterized with XRD, DTA--TG, IR. Forming process of Hematite and Goethite are discussed. The results indicates that ferrous mineral's digestion performance are different, and sedimentation of red mud is greatly affected.
