摘要
应用红外光谱、纤维长度分析仪、纸浆渗透性分析仪等手段,从纤维物理角度,分析了红麻木质部SCMP漂白前后纤维物理强度增强、白度提高的原因。
By means of IR spectrum fibre length analyzing pulp penetratability analyzing thd fibre physical strength and brightness of Kenaf woody core SCMP before and after bleaching are analyzde.The results show that the fibre length of Kenaf woody core SCMP does not vary after one stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching.But the fibre specific surface and fibre pliability increase resulting in the increasing of the strength properties of the pulp.And the hydrogen peroxide bleaching could reduce the stabilcty of α/β carbonyl groups and phenolic units.It is the reason of the brightness upgrading.
