红麻秆芯碱性H_2O_2机械浆制浆及漂白工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了红麻秆芯碱性H2O2机械浆预处理和磨浆工艺。预处理H2O2用量2%,NaOH用量6%的条件下,磨后浆白度55.6%SBD。经H2O2单段漂白,H2O2用量2.1%时,可漂到66.9%SBD;H2O2用量2.7%时,可漂到70.1%SBD。 Bleaching of KP Amur Silver Grass pulp with less chlorine was studied.The results show that adding small amout of H 2O 2 in E stage in CEH sequence the brightness of bleached pulp increases obviously.In CEpH and EpHP sequences with less active chlorine in C and H stages,pulp brightness can remain the same level as in CEH bleaching and physical strength of bleached pulp has somewhat increase while organic chloride in effluent is reduced greatly.
