摘要
在高校基建工作中贯彻落实科学发展观,一是要通过以人为本的管理,建设符合特定人群使用的建筑物;二是要"以人为本"做好管理队伍和主体单位人的工作,以优质高效的工作质量保证优质高效的工程质量。
In university infrastructure, the implementation of the view of seientifie development should first center around human-orientation, establish buildings fitting for specific group of people, then do the work well of administration, to guarantee excellent engineering quality with excellent work quality.
