安徽农村人力资本对经济增长贡献的实证分析

Practical Analysis of the Contributions of Human Capital to Rural Economic Growth in Anhui Province

采用基于柯布—道格拉斯生产函数的有效劳动模型和人力资本外部性模型对安徽农村人力资本在经济增长中的作用进行实证分析。结果表明：在1985-2004年,安徽农村人力资本对经济增长的总贡献率达到35.38%,已成为促进安徽农村经济增长的重要因素。

Based on the effective labor model and human capital external model, the paper dwells on the contribution of human capital to rural economic growth. The empirical result shows that the total contribution of human capital in Anhui rural adds up to 35.38% from 1985 to 2004, which is an important factor to promote rural economic growth in Anhui province.
