摘要
马鞍山市是全国统筹城乡就业试点城市,农村劳动力资源存在着文化程度低、职业技能低等问题。进一步做好农村劳动力转移就业工作,应在健全就业服务体系、完善职业技能培训体系等方面下功夫。
Ma＇anshan is an experimental city of overall planning employment in our country. Rural labor resources face the problems of lower educational level, and lower vocational skill. To further transform rural resources, we should perfect employment service system, and better vocational training system etc.
