知识工人是主要以脑力劳动支撑作业过程,通过对获取的信息加以综合处理,从而创造性地提出解决问题的方法,具有自主管理和持续学习能力的劳动者。做好对知识工人的管理工作,需要解决如何提高知识工人作业过程的生产效率和如何计量脑力作业等问题。

Knowledge worker is the laborer whose mental work supports the working process, by means of comprehensively processing acquired information and putting forward method to solve problems creatively, in the meantime, they possess the ability of learning and managing autonomously. To do the administrative work for knowledge worker, we should solve the problems of how to improve their working efficiency and how to calculate their work.
