非领导行政人员的工作能力、态度和形象直接影响行政组织的形象和效率。有效的绩效管理是加强对非领导行政人员监督管理的重要手段。引入360度绩效评估对非领导行政人员进行全视角的考核,有助于激励其为组织目标积极务实工作,促进文明行政。
The capability, attitude and images of non-leader government employee have direct influences on the comments of administrative organizations. Effective performance administration is the important means of strengthening the supervision of non-leader administrative employees. The introduction of 360-degree performance appraisal strategy is an allround way performance evaluation on non-leader government employee, which is favorable for stimulating their work and promoting civilized administration.
