The Compatibility of Translation from CIN

从认知角度看,翻译实质上是一个建立在多个认知主体(原作者,译者,读者)心理空间之上的心理互动过程。翻译要实现和谐性就必须处理好各认知主体间的互动关系。Fauconnier和Turner提出的CIN(概念整合网络)机制,能较好地解释翻译活动中作者、译者、读者之间的心理互动及整合运作过程。

From the perspective of cognition, translation is virtually a process of mental interaction among multi-cognitive individuals such as the writer, translator and reader. The harmony of translation can be achieved by managing the interactive relationship among the above three subjects. This paper tries to elucidate the mental interaction among them on the basis of CIN （Conceptual Integration Network） mechanism as well as its operational modes and competing optimality principles proposed by Fauconnier and Turner.
