摘要
振兴老工业基地需要大量的人才作保障。高等院校要走校企联合办学之路,从改革课程设置,定向人才培养,与企业共建实习实验基地等方面进行创新,为振兴老工业基地培养人才。
The promotion of old industrial base needs a large number of talents. University should run school with enterprises, reform course program, orient talents cultivation, and establish practice base with enterprises to cultivate talents for the promotion of old industrial base.
