摘要
概述了俄罗斯750kV及特高压输电发展历程,总结了750kV及特高压电网建设运行情况和输电技术特点,对俄罗斯与中国跨国输电进展等情况进行了综述,最后结合我国目前电网发展的实际情况,分析并提出了一些建议。
The development progress of 750 kV and ultrahigh voltage （UHV） in Russian is outlined in this paper firstly. Sequentially, the Russian 750 kV and UHV power grid construc-tion progress, transmission technology are summarized. Moreover, the status of international power transmission between Russian and China are reviewed. Finally, combined with the current actual power grid situation in China, some new ideas are further proposed.
