试论和谐社会视野中的校园冲突——兼谈“思想道德修养与法律基础”课协调校园冲突的地位和作用

高校校园冲突以扩散快,参与面广,无性别差异,违背常理。暴力,激情、预谋并存为特点,近年来有愈演愈烈之势,影响了校园和谐社会建设。形成冲突的原因大致有学生生理年龄、心理年龄发展不同步,焦虑,压力、宣泄不当及观念引导、行为教育不足等。化解校园冲突有多种渠道,其中"思想道德修养与法律基础"课在化解校园冲突中起着纠偏、引导、规范、宣泄作用,具有特殊的地位和影响。

The university campus conflicts, with the coexisting features of quick proliferation and broad participation, the nonsexual difference and the anomaly, the violence, the fierceness and the premeditation, getting worse in recent years, have affected the harmonious campus construction. The reasons for the conflicts are mainly attributed to the asynchronous development of the students＇ physiological age and their psychological age, the improper anxiety, stress and catharsis, and the lack of the ideological guidance or proper education. There exists many ways to coordinate the campus conflicts. The basic course ＂Moral Cultivation and Law Basics＂ plays an important role in coordinating the campus conflicts as correctors, guide, standardization and also outlets for the pentup feelings.
