摘要
目前,企业在人力资源开发上普遍存在一些问题,如企业在管理观念上对人才的认识、对人力资源开发的认识不够、人事管理系统不健全、对职工教育不重视等。企业只有加强企业人力资源开发的途径,建立起新的人力资源与开发机制,才能提升企业的竞争力。
