摘要
在69只家鸽用电刺激、电损毁、横切和记录细胞放电的方法研究了脑各部(小脑除外)与呼吸调控的关系。实验发现延髓具有基本呼吸中枢,此中枢位于延髓中后部两侧网状结构中。中脑内侧区域和丘脑下部视前区与喘息控制有关。家鸽中脑鸣叫中枢集中在内丘核(ICo)区。刺激丘脑广大区域和端脑隔区可引起程度不同的呼吸抑制。实验还发现,刺激整个三叉端脑束(QF束)可引起显著的呼吸抑制和心率变慢。
The techniques of electrical stimulation, electrical coagulation, brain stem sectioning and recording neuronal activity were used to study the relationship between the each portion of the brain (except the cerebellum) of the domestic pigeon (Colzumba limia) and the control of respiration. The experements indicated that the medulla obtongata possessed an intrinsic rhyhmic respiratory activity and the medullary respiratory center was located bilaterally in the retionlar formation of the middle and posterior portion of the medulla oblongata.The medial area of the midbrain and the pre—optic area of the hypothalmnus were concerned with the control of panting.Apnea of partial respiratory inhibition were obtained by electrical stimulation from :1 ) the entire course of the quintofrontal tract (QF), 2) the septal area and 3) a large field of of the thalsmus.Stimulation of the nucleus intercollicularia (ICo) in the midbrain mainly caused 'frightened' phonation.
