摘要
本文结合教育部"数字化学习港与终身学习社会的建设与示范"教改项目的实施,介绍数字化学习港的内涵,面向社区、乡镇、企业的基层各类学习者,利用数字化手段和第三方服务的方式建设基层学习型组织,开展典型应用示范,探索数字化学习模式、服务模式、管理模式和运行机制等所取得的研究与实践成果,以及项目实施所产生的良好社会效益与积极影响。
During the implementation of ″the Construction and Demonstration of Digital Learning Harbor and Lifelong learning Society″, a reform project of the Education Ministry, we organized basic level learning communities for various learners in counties and corporations by means of third-party digital service, carried out practical demonstration, and explored the digital learning mode, service mode, management mode and operational mechanism. The favorable social impact of the project is also mentioned in the article.
