摘要
网络教育中的学习活动离不开教师的辅导,教师的在线辅导可以避免学习者自主学习的封闭性与盲目性。本文依据Gilly Salmon提出的在线学习五阶段模式,分别从学习者访问课程和学习动机的激发、在线社交氛围的设置、课程信息的交流、知识建构和自立发展等五个方面,对在线辅导教师的角色、在线辅导策略进行探讨,针对学习者遇到的困难,为在线学习活动的设计和开展提供相应的建议。
In online learning, teachers' online tutoring can avoid the closeness and blindness during autonomous learning. Base on the Five Stage mode of online study proposed by Gilly Salmon, this article discusses the role of online teachers and their tutoring strategy from the following five aspects---the activation of learners' motives, the setup of online social environment, the exchange of course information, the construction of knowledge and learner's independent development. It also gives some advice on the design and implementation of online learning activities.
