液基细胞学与传统巴氏涂片在宫颈病变筛查的比较研究

A comparative study on liquid-based cytological examination and Papanicolaou smear in screening diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的探讨液基细胞学在宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法收集1 610例宫颈病变门诊病例,分为两组,分别应用液基细胞学(805例)检查及传统巴氏涂片(805例)检查。结果液基细胞学检查对宫颈上皮内瘤变筛查的阳性率与准确率均明显高于巴氏涂片组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论对宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床筛查中,液基细胞学敏感性高于巴氏涂片,适于临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of liquid - based cytological examination for screening of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, Methods 1610 eases were divided into two groups. 805 eases were examined by liquid - based cytological examination, and the remaining 805 eases were examined by traditional Papanieoloaou smear. Results The positive rate and accurate diagnostic rate are obviously higher in liquid - based cytological examination than those of Papanieolaou smear examination. Conclusion The sensitivity of liquid - based cytological examination is much higher than that of Papanieolaou smear examination in clinical screening of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
