甘露消毒丹加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎32例的疗效观察

Effect on the treatment of 32 cases of chronic active hepatitis B by Ganlu Xiaodu Capsule

目的运用中药甘露消毒丹加减联合西药治疗慢性活动性乙肝,观察其疗效。方法选取慢性乙肝患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例,口服中药甘露消毒丹加减联合西药水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片、甘草酸二胺肠溶片治疗;对照组30例,单用西药治疗。2周为1个疗程,共观察2疗程。结果治疗2周后显效率、总有效率治疗组分别为56.3%和100%;对照组分别为33.3%和73.3%。治疗4周后显效率、总有效率治疗组分别为90.6%和100%;对照组分别为46.7%和90.0%。两组比较,差异非常显著(P(0.01)。结论甘露消毒丹加减联合西药治疗慢性乙肝,对改善患者的临床症状及肝功能疗效显著,是治疗本病的有效经方。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect on the treatment of chronic active hepatitis B by Ganlu Xiaodu Capsule together with western drugs. Methods 62 eases of chronic active hepatitis B were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given Gaulu Xiaodu Capsule together with silybin meglumine, Diammonium Glyeyrrhizinate Capsules. The control group were given only western drugs. Two weeks were one course of treatment, together two course of treatment. Results With treatment of 2 weeks, the obvious effective rate of the treatment group（56.3% ） ,total effective rate （ 100% ） significantly increased in the data of the control group（33.3% and 73.3% ） （ P 〈0.01 ）. With treatment of 4 weeks, the obvious effective rate of the treatment group（90.6% ） ,total effective rate （ 100% ） significantly increased in the data of the control group（46.7% and 90.0% ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There are obviously ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the patients and significant effect of hepatic function with treatment of chronic active hepatitis B by Ganlu Xiaodu Capsule together with western drugs.
