痰热清注射液治疗毛细支气管炎60例临床疗效观察

Clinical study on treatment of bronchiolitis with Tanreqing

目的观察痰热清注射液辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法60例毛细支气管炎患者随机分成两组,对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用痰热清注射液辅助,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液辅助治疗毛细支气管炎疗效好,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection on bronchiolitis. Methods 30 patients with bronchiolitis were received conventional therapy in combination with Tanreqing injection in comparison with those of 30 cases of bronchiolitis treated with conventional treatment. Results Tanreqing could improve the curative effect for bronchiolitis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is suggested that the approach of therapy in combination with conventional therapy and Tanreqing has good therapeutic effect in patients with bronchiolitis.
