摘要
【目的】为了更好地了解NDRG1的功能,通过双向电泳技术寻找与NDRG1相互作用的蛋白。【方法】先准备高表达肿瘤细胞系HHCC,然后纯化融合蛋白GST-NDRG1,最后孵育HHCC与融合蛋白,并通过双向电泳检测与NDRG1相互作用的蛋白。【结果】经SDS-PAGE和双向电泳后,在pH 7.0、Mr=43 ku处出现了新增点。【结论】在肿瘤细胞HHCC中存在与NDRG1相互作用的蛋白。
[Objective] The study was to better realize the function of NDRG1 and find the interactive protein through two-dimensional gel electrophoresis technology. [Method] First, the cell of HHCC was separated. Second,the fusion protein GST-NDRG1 was purified. Third,the fusion protein with HHCC was incubated and the interactive protein with NDRG1 was observed through two-dimensional gel electrophoresis technology. [Result] There was a new dot emergence at pH 7.0 and Mr 43 ku after two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. [Conclusion] The interactive protein with NDRG1 was found in HHCC.
