摘要
【目的】研究以脲醛树脂为胶黏剂生产棉秆重组材工艺的最佳方案。【方法】采用正交试验研究板材密度、施胶量、热压温度及热压时间对板材物理力学性能的影响。【结果】在板材密度0.6 g/cm3、施胶量120 g/kg、热压温度140℃、热压时间10 min条件下,制作的棉秆重组材性能达到最优。【结论】以脲醛树脂为胶黏剂生产棉秆重组材是可行的,板材密度对棉秆重组材性能有直接影响。
[Objective] The study investigated the best process of cotton stalk scrimber. [Method] This paper presented the effect of manufacturing parameters, namely density, glue consumption, temperature and hot pressing time on scrimber's mechanical performance by means of orthogonal experiments. [Result] Resuits showed that the scrimber had the best mechanical performance when the parameters were as follows: density 0.6 g/cma ,glue consumption 120 g/kg, hot pressing temperature 140℃ and hot pressing time 10 min. [Conclusion] It is reliable to use urea-formaldehyde resin to manufacture cotton stalk scrimber,and the density has direct influence on scrimber performance.
