随着人们生活水平的日益增长和生活需求的不断提高,住房体制的改革以及行业市场化进程向前推进,为物业管理行业开辟更广阔的发展空间和美好的前景。用文化打造品牌,用文化塑造企业核心竞争力已成为当今企业开拓市场,谋求发展的共识。所以,作为以房屋及其设备为管理对象,以人为服务对象的物业管理企业,更应对企业文化建设高度重视。企业文化建设是一个系统工程,必须常抓不懈,方能形成具有物业企业特色的企业文化。
Witb the increasing of people' s living standard,the improvement of people's living demand,the System Reform of Spare Houses and the process of industry' s marketization going forward constantly,the industry of Property Management has a chance to open up a vaster space and a better prospection.To create brand and build company' s core competence with culture has been the common understanding for today' s companies to exploit market and strive for development.Therefore, the property management companies,whose management aims at houses and its equipment and services falls onto proprietors,should pay high attention to the cultural construction.The cultural construction,which is a systematic project,should be constantly reinforced so as to form the company-characteristic culture of its own.
