区域固定资产投资失衡的人力资本因素分析

Analysis of Human Capital in Unbalance of Fixed Assets Investments

2000—2005年,东部地区GDP占全国的比重持续上升,但中部、西部、东北地区的比重都明显下降。区域固定资产投资失衡是拉大区域经济发展差距的重要原因。固定资产投资是物质资本形成的来源,只有当人力资本达到一定存量后,才有可能获取物质资本的投资收益。人力资本差异是当前引发区域固定资产投资非均衡配置的重要因素,加大对中部、西部及东北地区的人力资本投资是缩小区域经济发展差距的必然选择。

From 2000 to 2005,proportion of GDP of China's eastern part kept going up,while on the contrary,proportion of GDP of other three regions obviously descended.The article examines the gap of regional economy and concludes that unbalance of fixed assets investments in different regions is an important reason.The fixed assets investment is the source of material capital and only when human capital attains enough quantity,investmental income of material capital would be achieved.Therefore,difference of human capitals plays an important role in unbalanced allocation of fixed assets investments.So it is necessary to develop invest-ment of human capitals in China's western,middle and north-eastern parts whichwould be useful to reduce gap of regional econo-my.
