摘要
高校间的人才流动越来越普遍,流动过程中的诚信缺失也更加引人注目。从现今高校人力资源管理过程中出现的实际问题出发,分析高校教师在流动过程中产生的诚信缺失及原因,力争从源头上加强诚信品质的培育,进而构建防止高校人才流动诚信缺失的机制,为高校吸引和留住人才提供参谋和思考。
The talents floating among the universities is more and more general, and the sincerity lack become more noticeable too. Based on the practical problem of human resources management in university, this text analyze the phenomenon and cause of the sincerity lack, and cultivate the sincere quality from source as much as possible, so we can construct the sincere mechanism of preventing the talents floating. As a result, we will offer good advice and think for attracting and retaining talents in the university.
