浅析罗斯福新政与凯恩斯理论的关系

罗斯福新政与凯恩斯理论都是为对付资本主义经济危机的需要而产生的,二者在国家干预经济的理论主线上不谋而合,但从新政的应急性、新政过程、推行新政的时间都可以清晰的看出罗斯福新政与凯恩斯理论绝不是一种系统的理论与实践的关系,只能说新政带有了凯恩斯理论的痕迹,或者说受到了它的某些影响;而新政的实践推动了凯恩斯国家干预经济理论的系统化和完整化,并丰富了凯恩斯理论的内容,两者互有影响。对这一问题的探讨,有助于加深对罗斯福新政及罗斯福本人的客观认识。

Roosevelt＇s New Deal and Keynesian economic theories were born to deal with the economic crisis in the capitalist world. They had a similar theoretical framework which uphelp the ideal of governmental interference, However, the New Deal＇s emergency nature, its process and the specific period in which the New Deal was carried out all prove that the relationship between Keynesian economic theories and the New Deal is not that of theories and practice. It can only be said that some vestige of Keynesian economic theories is evident in the New Deal or the latter was influenced by the former. Actually, the implementation of the New Deal helped strengthen the systematization and enrich the doc- trine of governmental interference of Keynesian economic theories. They influenced each other. The research on this issue is beneficial for us to have a deeper and objective understanding of the former U. S President and his New Deal.
