摘要
制备聚乙烯醇/淀粉共混纤维,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、综合热分析仪(TG)对纤维试样两相间的氢键作用及热性能进行研究,并利用环境扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察纤维试样的表面形貌,发现在一定质量配比范围内纤维中两相间具有较强的氢键作用,纤维中两相分子间通过氢键缔合形成了与2种单纯物质分子不同的结构,含不同质量分数淀粉的共混纤维具有不同的耐热性能。
Polyvinyl alcohol/ starch blend fibers were prepared, the thermal behavior of these fibers were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). In addition, Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used to investigate the hydrogen bonding action between different components. Then surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It could be found that two components had stronger hydrogen bonding action under certain mass ratio, in comparison with PVA or starch, two components formed different structure by hydrogen bond, fibers with different mass fraction of starch had different heat-resisting property.
