乳化剂及其含量对氨基硅组装膜形貌的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过原子力显微镜(AFM)研究乳化剂及其含量对N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)组装膜形貌的影响。结果发现:乳化剂存在时,以微乳液形态组装的氨基硅膜形貌较基于溶剂乙酸乙酯中组装的氨基硅膜形貌粗糙,其原因是乳化剂分子参与了硅膜的形成,并能残留在硅膜表面。研究还发现,导致不同含量乳化剂微乳液组装膜形貌粗糙度不同的机制也不相同。只有控制乳化剂ASO-1的质量分数为40%时,可获得相对平整、光滑的疏水膜,该膜在2μm×2μm扫描范围内均方根粗糙度为0.124 nm,硅膜/水/空气的接触角θ为94.88°。 Effect of emulsifier and it's content on the film morphology of N-β-aminoethyl-γ- aminopropylpolydimethylsiloxane(ASO-1) assembled on silicone wafer was studied by atomic force microscope (AFM). It is discovered that the films assembled from the microemulsion in water are rougher than the films assembled from dihuted amino polysiloxane in ethyl acetate solution, which possibly resulted from some emulsifier participating films formation and residual on the film surface. It is also found that the formation mechanism of the films assembled in microemulsion with different emulsifier content was different, which made the films have different rough morphology. Only by controlling emulsifier/ASO-1 = 40% (mass ratio) can we obtain flat and smooth hydrophobic film, root mean square roughness of the film in 2μm × 2μm scanning field is 0. 124 nm and the contact angle is 94.88°.
