摘要
为打破欧盟的技术壁垒,应用快速溶剂萃取法提取测定出口纺织品中的邻苯基苯酚。以甲醇为溶剂,在温度为50℃,压力为10.34MPa的条件下进行提取,选用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,采用GC—FID测定出口纺织品中邻苯基苯酚的含量。此方法的检出限为0.05μg/g,线性方程为Y=19.891X-0.5998,线性相关系数r^2=0.9998,线性范围为0.1~15.0μg/mL,平均回收率为100.8%。结果表明该方法具有操作简便,快速方便,灵敏度高等特点,可满足出口纺织品中邻苯基苯酚检测的要求。
In order to break down the technological barrier set by the European Union, develop an accelerated solvent extraction technique for extraction and determination of ortho-phenyphenol in export textiles. According to this method, the ortho-phenyphenol in textiles was extracted with methanol,50℃, 10.34 MPa, determined with HP-5 capillary column by GC-FID. The detection limit was 0.05 μg/g, the linear equation was Y = 19.891X- 0.599 8, r^2 = 0.999 8, the linear range was O. 1 - 15.0μg/mL, and the average recovery was 100.8 %. The method is simple and sensitive and suitable for detecting ortho-phenyphenol in export textiles.
