摘要
本文阐述了"建设社会主义新农村"决策提出的时代背景、意义及目标要求,并论述体育在这一目标实现过程中的积极作用,主要表现在以下几个方面:发挥体育的经济功能,加快基础设施的建设步伐及促进收入的增长;发挥体育的文化功能,促进文化水平的提高;发挥体育的健身功能,提高身体健康水平;发挥体育的娱乐功能,丰富精神生活及促进和谐人际关系的形成;发挥体育的教育功能,提高思想道德水平;发挥传统体育文化特色,以此形成新的经济增长点。
The paper sets forth the background, the New Socialist Countryside. Then the article significance and specific targets of constructing expounds the functions of Sports in this course, with their economical function, their cultural function, their healthy function, their entertainment function, their educational function.
