摘要
为解决机车柴油机磨合试验效率低、人员协调难、布线复杂等问题,提出基于CAN总线的分布式测控模式,并对机车转速与极板升降实施了两级优化递进模糊控制。现场应用结果表明,系统工作稳定可靠,且有效实用。文中介绍了系统结构、原理及控制算法。
To solve the problems of operation inefficient and staff for the coordination difficulties in the locomotive engine running test, it is developed that a distributed hierarchical optimization fuzzy control system based on CAN. Optimization of the two hierarchical fuzzy control method is effective to improve the working conditions of the tun-regulating efficiency. It has a strong expansion and embedded functions. This paper introduces the system structure, principle and control algorithm.
