This paper introduces the property of the AT89C5131, a chip micro controller with full speed USB functions maded by ATMEL Company and the K9K2GO8UOA, a NAND FLASH chip of SAMSUNG Company. Subsequently, for a High Performance Flash Memory based on the AT89C5131, the design of hardware interface is described in detail. Finally, the program structure of the firmware is provided.
