摘要
本文详细介绍了一种基于微处理器的智能信号变送器的软硬件设计。硬件方面采用单片机AT89C52作为微处理器,可以对采集到的某种传感器转换后的数字信号作远距离传送,具体是通过RS-422总线实现89C52单片机与PC机异步串行通信,同时也详细设计了其他相关模块,如电源、温度采集、V/F、A/D转换电路模块等。最后介绍了软件主程序设计。
The hardware and software design of new intelligent muhifunctional general digital long-distance transmission equipment is introduced in this paper, It utilized the MCU-AT89C52 to collect the long-distance digital signal which is transformed by some sensor. In detail, it implements the serial asynchronous transmission mode between 89C52 and the PC by RS-422 bus, At the same time, it designs some other related module, such as the power, temperature acquisition, V/F, A/D transfer circuit. At last, it introduces the main program of the software in general,
