摘要
提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的混合动力汽车ISG参数在线监测实时数据采集处理系统设计方案。首先阐述了SRS/G电机的基本工作原理与监测功能需求,然后给出了在线监测系统的软件、硬件实现的思路和方法。由于发挥了虚拟仪器技术的优势,设计的监测系统结构简单、界面友好、操作简单、功能易扩展。系统实现了数据的自动采集、显示、存储、分析及处理,有助于混合动力汽车ISG系统的进一步研究。
This paper proposes a novel design approach of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) operation parameters on-line data acquisition system based on virtual instrument technique. Firstly, the operation principle of Switched Reluctance Starter / Generator (SRS/G) and the function requirement of the data acquisition system are introduced. Then the system scheme of software and hardware design is given. Based the virtual instrument technique, the platform has advantages of friend interface, brief configuration, easy operation, easy function expandability. The on-line monitoring system is able to automatically acquiring, real-time displaying, processing and saving experiment data. It is helpful to further research and design of ISG system in hybrid electric vehicle.
