摘要
本文对我公司的60m日用瓷节能型高温宽体全自动隧道窑的结构、燃料、自动化控制等进行阐说。在设计节能窑炉时可以从耐火材料选择、窑体结构的改进、燃烧系统自动控制等方面采用了相应的节能措施,既减少窑炉的投资,又减少窑炉运行成本,提高窑炉的热效率,确保对窑炉的高质量运行。
The article expatiates on the structures, the fuel, the auto-control of our company' s 60-meter' s energy-saved type of high temperature, wide body and full automatic tunnel kiln, for burning daily used porcelain wares. When we design kiln, we can take relative energy-saved measures by choosing heat-resisting materials, ameliorating of kiln body' s structures, and auto- controlling of burn system, etc. which can decrease the investment in building the kiln and the cost of running it, and improve its thermal efficiency to ensure the kiln to run in high quality.
