陈琦1955年生于北京，1981年毕业于清华大学美术学院（原中央工艺美术学院）陶瓷美术系。中国美术家协会会员、中国工业设计协会会员、陶瓷设计委员会委员、陕西省艺术设计委员会委员、西安美术学院副教授、硕士生导师、装饰艺术系副主任、陶瓷艺术专业学科带头人。多年来一直从事陶瓷艺术创作和教学科研工作，为西安美术学院陶瓷专业的创办做出了积极的贡献。

RESUME Chen Oi, born in Beijing, 1955, graduated from College of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University （merged with Central Academy of Arts ＆ Craft）, majored in ceramic. Now she is the commissioner of Ceramic Art committee of the Chinese Artists Association, the commissioner of the Arts ＆Design committee of Shannxi Province. She is also the associate professor inXi＇ an Academy of Fine Arts, the tutor for graduate students, the vice-director of department of Decorative Arts, the principal of the Ceramic Art major, and the leading individual of the subject. She has been working on the ceramic art creativity, research, and education for years, and made prominent efforts on the establishing of ceramic art maior in her academy. She has held her individual exhibitions for four times, and her works have been shown frequently in some significant exhibitions both internally and overseas.
