摘要
目的:研究有机砷的氢化物发生行为。方法:有机砷标准溶液用盐酸酸化后,加氢化物发生试剂硫脲-碘化钾溶液,用原子荧光仪检测所产生的氢化物的量。结果:在稀盐酸介质中氢化物发生试剂(如碘化钾-硫脲)可直接将25.9%的二甲基砷酸以氢化物形式被原子荧光仪检测。而砷甜菜碱在盐酸介质中于60℃处理18 h后有33.7%以氢化物的形式被原子荧光所检测。结论:二甲基砷酸有直接氢化物发生行为,盐酸介质下的预处理或许能够使砷甜菜碱转化为利于氢化物发生的形态。
Objective:Study on behavior of hydride generation of organic arsenic. Methods:Arscnobetaine, dimethyl arsenate and arsanilic acid standard solution were acidified with hydrochloric acid. Then, the potash iodide and thio urea solution were added. The hydride of arsenic was detected by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrum. Results:The experiment results indicated that 25.9 percent dimethyl arsenate generation hydride under HCl solution with potash iodide and thio urea, and 33.7 percent of arscnobetaine, which was pretreated with condition of HCl solution in 60℃ water bath for 18 hours, was exchanged into the forms which could hydride generation. Conclusion:Dimethyl arsenates can generation hydride directly, and arscnobetaine can be exchanged into that forms easy generation hydride under pretreatment conditions.
