摘要
目的:建立一种原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中汞和锡的方法。方法:采用微波消解法处理食品样品,优化测定条件,以铁氰化钾-酒石酸溶液为掩蔽剂,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中汞和锡。结果:汞和锡的检出限、相对标准偏差、回收率分别为:0.09μg/L和0.45μg/L;3.0%~6.5%和2.0%~5.3%;90.5%~108.0%和92.5%~103.0%。结论:本方法灵敏度高,准确、快捷,能同时测定食品中汞和锡,省时,省力。
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of tin and mercury in food by Hydride Generation- Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. Methods:The working condition of the determination were studied and optimized. Mixed solution of potassium hexacyanoferrate and tartaric acid were used as masking agents and tin and mercury in food were determinated by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. Results: The detection limits of this method were found to be 0.09 μg/L for mercury and 0.45 μg/L for tin, and the RSD were in the range of 3.0% - 6. 5% for mercury and 2.0% - 5.3% for tin. The recovery rates of standard spiking for mercury and tin were in the range of 90. 5% - 108.0% and 92. 5% - 103.0%; respectively. Conclusion.. The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid. It can be adopted for simultaneous determination of mercury and tin in food.
