摘要 目的:建立ICP-MS直接测定酱油中Pb和As的分析方法。方法:样品经稀释后用ICP-MS直接进行分析,用耐高盐接口、基体匹配和内标法降低非质谱干扰,用干扰方程校正质谱干扰。结果:方法的检出限为As小于0.01mg/L,Pb小于0.002mg/L,精密度优于2.7%,回收率为97.0%-103%,实际样品的分析结果和国标法没有显著差别。结论:可以采用ICP-MS直接测定酱油中Pb和As,整个方法检出限低、简单、快速和准确,适用于实验室日常分析。 Objective:Developing a accuracy method to direct determination lead and arsenic in sauce by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods : After dilution, the samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which use Xi interface, matrix matching and internal standardization to eliminate non - spectroscopic interference. In order to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference, interference correction equations was used. Results:The detections of limit of As and Pb were less than 0. 01 mg/L and 0. 002 mg/L respectively, the RSD were better than 2.7% ;recoveries were 97.0 - 103, the results of analyzing practical samples is the same as using national standard method. Conclusion:This method is simple, sensitive and accuracy, and can determinate lead and arsenic in sauce.
