摘要
目的:本文建立了测定保健食品中辅酶Q10的高效液相色谱法,并对不同溶剂对辅酶Q10提取效果的影响进行了研究。方法:样品在40℃下,乙酸乙脂超声提取15min,采用Symmetry C18 4.6×250min柱分离;流动相为甲醇+乙醇(30+70),样品盘和色谱柱温度均为35℃,流速为1.5ml/min,检测波长275nm。结果:在10-600μg/ml范围内,峰面积与质量浓度成良好的线性关系(r^2=0.999),RSD为0.6%,最低检出限0.8ng。样品中辅酶Q10的提取率〉96%,RSD为2.83%。结论:该方法快速、准确,提取效率高,适用于保健食品中辅酶Q10含量的测定。
Objective:To set up a method of HPLC to detemine the concent of coenzyme Q 10 in health foods and research different resolver to the coenzyme Q10 extraction effect influence. Methods:The sample was extract in 40℃, supersonic 15 min with the ethanoic acid. The separation was performed on a Symmetry C18 4. 6 × 250 mm with the mobile phase consisting of the methyl alcohol + ethyl alcohol (30 + 70), The sample tray and the chromatographic column temperature is 35℃, The speed of flow is 1.5 ml/min. The decetive wavelength was set at 275 nm. Results:There was a good linear relationship within the range of 10 - 600 μg/ml(r^2 =0. 9999) ,RSD =0. 6%. The detection limit was 0. 8 ng. The extraction rate of sample coenzyme Q10 〉96%. Conclusion:The method is fast, accurate and high extraction efficiency and can be used as a quantitative analysiing method for coenzyme Q10 in health foods.
