工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮直接进样气相色谱测定方法的研究

Direct injection gas chromatographic method for determination of air diisobutyl ketone in workplace

目的：建立工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的直接进样气相色谱测定方法。方法：按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验。结果：本方法在0～1600μg/ml范围呈线性关系；方法的重现性好，不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1．00％～1．33％；方法的最低检出限为1．2μg/ml。空气中可能与二异丁基甲酮共存的环己烷、甲基环己烷、异佛尔酮等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论：此方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求，适用于工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的现场监测。

Objective：To establish solvent desorption gas chromatographic method for determination of air diisobutyl ketone in workplace. Methods：This method is based on ＂Standardization of methods for determinationof toxic substances in workplace air＂. Results：This method presents tinear relation within 0 - 1600 μg/ml. Precision（RSD） ： 1.00% - 1.33%. Detection limit： 1.8 μg/ml. Other volative organic solvents, e. g. , Cyclohexanone, Methylcyclohexanone, Isophorone are not interferences. Conclusion ： This method is meet the requirement of ＂Standardization of methods for determination of toxic substances in workplace air＂. It is feasible for determination of Diisobutyl ketone in workplace air.
