2005—2007年衢州市食品中产单核李斯特菌污染状况调查

摘要 目的:掌握衢州市食品中产单核李斯特菌污染状况。方法:按GB/T4789.30-2003方法分离单增生李斯特菌。结果:2005~2007年从323份食品中共分离产单核李斯特菌27株,总污染率为8.36%(27/323)。生肉类、水产品的污染率分别为14.55%、7.32%;熟肉、生食果蔬类及其制品中未检出。结论:我市存在发生李斯特菌食物中毒的潜在危险。 Objective: To find out the practical situation of L. monocytogenes contamination in food of Quzhou. Methods: L. monocytogenes strain was isolated according to GB/T4789.30 - 2003. Results: An examination on 323 samples of food from Quzhou for the detection of L. monocytogenes was carried out in 2005 -2007,27 cases of Lm were found, that means a total contamination rate of 8.36% (27/323). Its contamination rates detected in raw meat,fishery products were 14. 55% and 7.32% respectively. There were no L. monocytogenes in fruits and cooked meat. Conclusion: There is the potential threat of food poisoning caused by L. monocytogenes in Quzhou.
