目的:探讨结核病发病率回升因素;为结核病防治工作者提供参考资料和意见;总结和探索我市结核病发展趋势。方法:利用全市2003年至2007年传染病报告和传染病院年住院病人数观察我市结核病流行趋势。结果:五年中全市结核病报告升高了35.26%,住院病人数增加了48.02%。结论:引起结核病升高的因素主要有:报告率、及时率上升,漏报率下降;流动人口的急剧增加,加速了结核病的传播;气候变化更利于呼吸道传染病流行;结核耐药使得治愈率下降,使得现有传染源净增长,相应加大了传播几率。
