摘要
就业压力是人面临择业时所产生的压力,是在就业情境中许多内外变量与个人因素交互作用所产生的心理紧张现象。当前大学生面临的就业压力日益增大,该问题己受到各界学者的重视,本文对大学生就业压力的评估与测量、群体差异以及应对等方面的研究现状进行综述,并从研究角度、方法、对象、内容四方面提出了的一些思考。
Employment pressure often occurs when people face the job-hunting. It is the mental nervous phenomenon which produces by mixed out-in variable and personal factor in the job-hunting. At present the college students are facing the more and more employment pressure, which is subjected to the public? scholar's value. This paper overviews the assessment and measurement of college student's employment pressure and group difference in response, then the author put forward some own thinking.
