摘要
胡汉民是一位在20世纪初期的中国法律体系重构的舞台中起到过重要作用的政治人物,在担任南京国民政府立法院院长近三年的时间里主持了全国法律体系的构建工作。他是孙中山三民主义理论在法制建设中的践行者,其团体主义、王道精神等思想在宪政、民事等领域多有反映,而其法律思想的最终流产,既有时代的烙印,也是其个性使然。
As the president of the Legislative Yuan, Hu Hanmin played a major role in the reconstructed arena of legal systems in the early 20th century in our nation, Though is a politician, He presided over the construction of the legal system in Nanjing National government about three years. He practiced Sun Yat - sen＇s Principles of ＂the Three People＇s Nationalism＂ in the legal system. And his legal thoughts, like collectivism and the spirit of benevolent government are reflected in constitutional, civil and many other areas, He failed at last, not only for the time limits, also because of his personality.
