民国时期云南勐海茶业发展中的相关法律制度研究

勐海县一直是滇南地区重要的产茶地,民国年间,成为西双版纳地区的茶业中心,后又取代思茅,一度成为滇南和云南茶叶产销中心。在其茶叶经济发展中,无论是政府的相关法律政策,还是茶叶交易中的民商事法律制度,都与茶业的发展产生了互动。对这些法律制度进行探讨,可为研究其它茶区的相关法律制度提供一些借鉴和视角;也可以作为我们今天制定法律政策的借鉴。

Menghai county is an important tea terra to the south of Yunnan province. In the 19th, it became the tea center of Xishuangbanna region, and then it replace the Simao region, has been the center produce and sale of Yunnan province＇s tea market. In the development of the tea economy, not only the government＇s relative legal policy, but also the civil - commercial legal system of tea exchange has mutual relation to the development of tea trade. The thesis discusses this legal system so as to provide the reference and visual angle for other tea area＇s research as well as the reference of our today＇ s legal policy.
