动态夹带剂强化超临界CO_2萃取万寿菊中叶黄素 被引量:5

摘要 以粉碎后的万寿菊花为原料,研究了不同萃取压力、温度、夹带剂浓度和夹带剂种类对超临界二氧化碳萃取叶黄素的影响。结果表明,叶黄素萃取率随压力、温度和夹带剂浓度的升高先升高后降低;以MCT作为夹带剂,叶黄素的提取率高于以大豆油、葵花籽油、菜籽油和正己烷作为夹带剂。 The effect of extraction pressure, temperature, concentration of co-solvent and co- solvent types on the yield of lutein extracted from marigold (Tagetes erect L. )by SC-CO2 were investigated. The results showed that the lutein yield first increased and then decreased with the rise of pressure, temperature, and the concentration of co-solvent. Using MCT as the co-solvent , the lutein yield was higher than using soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and n-hexane as co-solvent, respectively.
