摘要
视频监控系统扩展"语音警示"功能,以视频监控系统为平台,利用视频分析或激光(红外)探测、SCADA系统等多种探测手段,实现对语音服务器管理、声音文件管理、语音设备管理、视频报警音关联管理、语音警示实时操作等,在系统采集到报警信号时与前端语音设备相联动,自动或人工对现场"入侵"对象播放语音录音,或由控制中心直接人工喊话。
Based on the platform of video monitoring system,voice alarm function is expanded.It uses multiple detection measures,such as video analysis,laser(infrared) detection and SCADA system to realize the management of voice server,audio fi les,voice equip-ment,and video alarm association as well as the real-time operation of voice alarm.When the alarm signal is collected by system,the voice alarm function will connect with front-end voice equipment and broadcast the voice recording to the 'intruder' automatically or manu-ally,or it allows the working staff of control center to directly shout to the 'intruder'.
