摘要
针对油田采油废水含有聚合物、油水乳化稳定性强的特点,研制了一种新型的含疏水基团的阳离子聚合物絮凝剂(JYT-0210),它是在阳离子有机高分子聚合物PDMDAAC的基础上引入疏水基团丙烯酸乙基己基酯(EHA)而得到的一种新型共聚物。它具有混凝、破乳等作用,能够有效的处理油田采油废水,处理后的污水指标满足了回注水预处理的要求。
A new type cationic polymer contain hydrophobic group （JYT-0210）, obtained by radical polymerization initiated by composite initiator comprising a diallyldimethylamine chloride and a hydrophobicaUy -associating of ethylhexylarylate. It is effective in treating oily wastewater produced in olifield. The result treated water could meet the pretreatment need of reinjection water in oilfield.
