济南钢铁集团总公司注重资源的合理利用,大力发展循环经济,实施了燃气-蒸汽联合发电项目,为此先后在济钢焦化厂兴建了一期、二期精脱萘工程为其配套,提供优质洁净的焦炉煤气。在焦炉煤气的脱萘运行过程中,焦化厂逐步摸索出一套适合自身工艺的调节方法,通过煤气脱萘全流程、各工序配合对煤气含萘指标分解控制,效果良好。通过进一步的工艺、设备优化,实施精准操作,大大提高了焦炉煤气的脱萘效率,降低洗萘柴油的消耗。
