形状记忆整理棉织物回复性与物理性能的关系 被引量:8

摘要 探讨10种棉及棉型织物经形状记忆整理后的性能。采用灰色关联分析方法对织物的折皱回复性指标如折皱回复角、平整级别和折痕级别与其物理性能如尺寸保持率、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度保持率和撕裂强度保持率的关联度进行了讨论。结果表明,形状记忆整理织物尺寸保持率与折皱回复性能的指标的关联最大,而撕裂强度与这几项特征性能的关联最小。除了尺寸稳定性外,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度保持率与折皱回复角的关联较大;拉伸断裂强度保持率与平整级别和折痕级别的关联较大,其次是断裂伸长率。 Properties of 10 kinds cotton and cotton-type fabric finished by shape memory were discussed. The asbyconnected method is used to andlyze the connected extent between fabric crease recovery performance indexes including wrinkle recovery angle, smoothness, crease degree and fabric physical property such as dimensional stability, breaking elongation rate, tensile strength retention, split strength retention. The result shows that the biggest effect on crease recovery is produced by dimensional stability of shape memory finishing fabric, while the least effect on these indexes is produced by split strength. Except dimensional stability, larger effect on wrinkle recovery angle is produced by breaking elongation rate and tensile strength retention. Larger effect on smoothness and crease degree is produced by tensile breaking strength retention, the next place is breaking elongation rate.
